I spent nearly a decade working as a chef while running my own business on the side. I was fully immersed in hustle culture, working 12-14h days, 7days a week and going through a regular cycle of burnout- adrenaline chasing.
When I got pregnant with my daughter both my physical and mental health very quickly showed me that I couldn't keep that rhythm going.
I'm never without a plan and so I started the biggest transformation of my life.
I dived into subconscious programming, mindset research, spirituality and business strategy.
I worked on my limiting beliefs and followed a brand new social media strategy while launching my new business.
The success, happiness and peace of mind I've achieved would be unbelievable to the person I was just a few years ago.
Motherhood is definitely a journey and I'm so glad I found ways to hold on to my ambitions and independence while I learned who I was a a mother and how to spend more quality time with my daughter.
